Hi all, 

Ryan from Victory Chimp here. Hope you're all keeping safe and well in these mad times. This is just a quick note to say that we are super excited to be back in production with three new collections, Papercuts, Lanes and Chimpeur CC, as well as the return of Kickstarter favourite, Stampen. We've also recently launched our sunglasses brand, A.P.E Optics and our gravel cycling line, Out There.

Shipping Update #3

Hi all,

Hope all is well where you are. This is a final shipping update to let you know that Women's bibs have just arrived (hooray!). Friday's shipment was rescheduled to today for no give reason, but thankfully we can now start shipping the remaining orders.

Once again, I really appreciate your patience on this issue, nobody finds it more frustrating and disappointing than me to have any sort of delay. I'm glad to say that all orders will have shipped by tomorrow morning - hope you all love your kits!

Shipping Update #2

Hi all,

I'm happy to say all is going to plan as per the last update. All orders excluding those with women's bib shorts were fulfilled over the weekend, with the final batch leaving here last Monday morning. 

As promised, the women's bib shorts are due to arrive here on Friday. I've packed all remaining orders awaiting the shorts, so they will leave here as soon as possible on Friday. 

Thank you all for your patience as we push to get all the kits out to you. For those in UK/Europe who have received their kit already, thank you for the amazing feedback so far - it's been great to receive your comments and photos this week. Delighted you love the kit as much as I do!

Shipping Update #1

Hi all,

Hope everyone is enjoying some crisp Autumn/Spring spins depending on your hemisphere. Just keeping you updated on shipping progress. 

I'm currently about 70% through shipping. Unfortunately although the final boxes with bib shorts and bobble hats arrived, women's bibs were not included in these boxes. 

I am told by the factory they will be with me by next Friday at the latest. I am prepping your orders which contain women's bibs now, so that it is just a case of adding in the shorts and shipping the final orders out as quickly as possible next week. All orders not containing women's bib shorts have either already shipped or will complete this weekend. 

To provide a little more information on why the women's bib shorts specifically have been delayed, this is an entirely new garment I had requested from the factory. When designing our bib shorts, I found that the combinations of fabrics and chamois pads offered were generally specced lower in women's options than men's in the same range. To bring our women's shorts in line with the quality and performance of the men's shorts, I requested a new garment with comparable pad, fabrics and construction. This garment has been sampled and fully tested as with all our range, but unfortunately it has taken longer to produce in quantity than other more 'readymade' options. 

Once again, thank you for your patience and I hope you can understand the delay on this particular item.

Kits are shipping!

Hello all our amazing backers,

I'm delighted to say that the kits have landed at the Victory Chimp Service Course and are sorted, ready for shipping! Thank you all for your patience during the slight delay over the last fortnight. 

We're just waiting on two final boxes to arrive containing navy bib shorts and all bobble hats. They are en route, so I don't anticipate any further delay. I'm just letting you know that if your order contains either of these items you will be on the later end shipping. The first parcels will begin leaving here today, so I will keep maintain a progress update here until all orders have been fulfilled.

I'm super pleased with the final products and can't wait to hear back from you all.
