Last call for survey responses/order updates before production!

The last day to make final updates to your order is today. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.
If you haven’t answered your survey yet, please fill out it via the link in our email. We need all survey responses today so we can begin production and get your kits out to you on schedule.
SIZING
Some backers have got in touch to say they missed the new sizing chart. This chart below is the best guide to selecting sizes. Sizes are in inches and full chest/waist/height.

Kit Sizing Queries - Send them my way!

Hi all,
With the deadline for survey responses approaching, I just wanted to say that if you have any doubt or queries at all on kit item sizing, please don't hesitate to let me know.
I'm here to help you select the right size and make sure you're happy with your kit. We offer a hassle-free exchange process, but I would rather everyone got the right kit first time to save any inconvenience for our amazing backers.
As you know, a sizing chart with new chest/waist/height measurements (in inches) is available to view. I recommend taking these measurements of yourself before choosing, and let me know if you have any further questions.
All items are slim fitting, Euro sizing. If in doubt, or between sizing, we recommend going up 1 size. But again, let me know and we can discern the right size together.
Exchanging sizes further down the line is no problem, but as stock availability may be limited as products ranges sell out, I would love if everyone got the size they need first time round - I want to see our backers out there riding in our kit and happy!

It's Backer Survey Time!

Hi all,
By now you should have received an email with a special link to our BackerKit survey. It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as possible since we need this information by Monday 16 July in order to begin production and get your kit to you on time.
The email contains a personalized link to the Kickstarter fulfillment survey. The survey is powered by BackerKit (see below for details), and it's where you will choose your reward preferences (i.e. kit design, colour and size), enter your shipping address, and tell us a little more about yourself. In addition, if you are interested in adding another item to your kit, you can do so easily with the built in Add-On system.
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you’re all good to go! If you decide later that you want to edit your survey response, you can go back to your survey and change it any time before we lock down the surveys for processing.

If you use your Facebook login for your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you would prefer to use, please contact support at victorychimp.backerkit.com/faq and we'll get you sorted out!

HOW DO I DETERMINE WHICH SIZE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
A Sizing Chart is linked in every survey question and add-on item. Please check measurements carefully before confirming choice as although exchanging is no problem, stock availability may be limited.

WHAT IS BACKERKIT?
BackerKit is a service that helps us collect and organize all of our backer information. The service was started four years ago by a fellow Kickstarter project creator. These guys are great and have been trusted by some of the biggest Kickstarter projects of the last few years.
HOW DO I FILL OUT THE BACKERKIT SURVEY?
Just click the link in the email invite and follow the on-screen instructions from there. You will not need to create a login or password to fill out your survey - just follow the personalized link, and you’re good to go! If you want to go back to review or edit your responses, just click on the link in your survey email again, or enter your email address into the BackerKit project page to recover your survey link.
I CAN'T FIND MY SURVEY EMAIL.
The personalized survey link was emailed to the address that you provided for your Kickstarter profile. To determine what email address that is, simply login to Kickstarter and check under "Account" which can be found inside the "Settings" menu. Also check your spam folder, and if you still can't find the email, just contact me at [email protected].
CAN I ADD ITEMS OR CHANGE MY PLEDGE LEVEL IN BACKERKIT?
Definitely! You can add items at the Kickstarter discount and change your pledge level all from inside the BackerKit Survey. When you finish your survey questions you'll see the Add-On screen. From here, you can add items to your reward (like an additional pair of socks or cap), or you can click the "Want to upgrade to a different pledge level?" button. If you pledged more money than the value of your award+shipping, you will see a credit when you get to the Add-On screen. If you add items whose cost exceeds your available credit you'll be prompted to enter a credit card to pay the additional cost.
I ADDED FUNDS TO MY PLEDGE FOR ADDITIONAL ITAMS, HOW DO I TELL YOU WHAT I WANT?
If you ordered a additional items by adding funds to a pledge, you will have an opportunity to add these items after the initial survey questions via the Add-On system. Once you answer all of the initial survey questions, you will be presented with the available Add-Ons, and BackerKit will show you your available credit. Simply select the Mount type you want, and click "Add to Cart". You will see your Credit Remaining balance decrease on the right hand side (hopefully to £0 if you did your math right when you pledged!).

Well that was a wild ride! Our first kit collection ended up with 219 backers pledging a total of £32,214. 268% of our original target! Thanks so much for being part of the project and making it possible for us to make our kits a reality, we genuinely couldn't have done it without you - BIG cheers!
Because the kits have proved so popular we have started taking pre-sales over on BackerKit. Rest assured, all kickstarter backers will be the first to get their kits followed by the pre-orders. This is just in case anyone missed out. So if you have friends or family you know would want some items for themselves please send them here.
A few things need to happen now before we can kick off production and fulfillment:
First, Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to two weeks). Some payments haven't gone through properly due to expired credit cards etc. Kickstarter should have contacted you to let you know, but it might be worth checking just in case, so we can be sure your payment has gone through and you will receive your kit.
Second, we have to find out your kit design, colour and size choices and where we need to ship them. We’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information. We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.
If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact me.
